Beginning with the End in Mind

Let’s say you’re planning a road trip, but you want to see and do things throughout your trip. What will you do? What will you see? How long can you expect to be on the road? What highway are you going to take? Have you noticed what’s missing yet? Our destination. How can we even begin to plan our route, our stops, even our time frames if we don’t even know where we’re going. The same goes for life and our business. We can’t make an effective plan if we don’t decide where we want to go. After we’ve decided that, we can plan and put all our energy into reaching that goal or destination.
